Visit this page to get answers to your questions about the Career Search Rx (CSRx) and whether it is right for you and your successful career search.

Here are some frequently-asked questions (FAQs) that have been asked about CSRx:

Q. What is Career Search Rx (CSRx)?

CSRx is a proven job search strategy that I developed in 1989 when I was a college senior. At the time, I didn’t know, at the time, that I had something special. I just needed to land my first “real” job. So, I developed a strategy to increase my chances of landing my target position. It began with my resume, then my cover letter and getting them out there. I started teaching it in 1996.

Q. Who is CSRx for?
Career Search Rx is for job seekers who are ready to make a career change, but need help navigating today’s job search landscape. It is for those job seekers who have no cover letter or resume or an outdated cover letter or resume and don’t know how to write or update them. CSRx is also for job seekers who are not confident during interviews and need help preparing in a manner that will give them the confidence they need to make the best impression possible.

I’ll also be sending out a link to the recorded webinar from last evening so that you can get an overview of the system.

Q. Do I have to finish the entire course in one session?
CSRx is broken into short, manageable lessons inside modules that each focus on an aspect of the job search process.  You will also be able to replay lessons that you need to review again.

Q. Is CSRx right for me?

CSRx is for you if you want a wealth of knowledge readily available during your job search journey that can reduce the stress of engaging in the process and shortening your transformation from job seeker to new employee.

Q. What if I don’t get a job after using Career Search Rx?

Career Search Rx does not guarantee that you’ll get a new job. No job search training program can truthfully do that. Career Search Rx will help you become a more confident job candidate with a strong command of the selection process and the value that you bring to the table for your new employer. Persistent efforts will greatly increase your probability of landing a new job.

Q. Can I get my money back if I don’t like Career Search Rx?

Yes. We will honor your request for a full refund of the price of your purchase if received within fourteen (14) days of your purchase.

Hi, my name is Madison and I am a high school senior. Mrs. Cynthia B. Okonkwo has been a great resource for me in creating my first real resume. She helped me “comb through” the resume to make it easier to understand. I am using the resume for an application at the honors program at my prospective college. She made great suggestions for how to make the resume specific for my needs. Thank you again Mrs. Cynthia! I recommend her 100%!
